Leila recently joined Accenture as a Manager for their Child Welfare National Strategies team. Previously, Leila served as a Director at the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) in the Office of Child and Family Health. Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, she assisted in coordinating a shared response to the COVID-19 public health crisis.
While at ACS, she also served as thought leader – with an equity focus – to support development of robust child welfare analytics. That work reflects her experiences as a Foster America fellow starting in 2016.
Leila holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Chicago with a Certificate in Health Administration and Policy, and a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University. She is dedicated to building organizational equity and inclusion through fair data-driven practices highlighting race and gender.
